This is a previous assignment that I forgot to post, an "infographic" for my Media Ethics class.
We were to choose one of the five media conglomerates, and in using several legitimate news sources, to display graphically the following information about the company:
The company's "ownership map".
Include the Board of Directors.
Describe any political bias.
Social responsibility; how "green" the company is; charitable donations.
How family friendly the company is.
Any FCC violations
The latest financial report
The controlling interests of the company, including non-media ownership.
I chose VIACOM.
To view larger, you'll probably need to right click and save it to your computer, then view with whatever default program you have.
